I think is too soft I thought it would have more support, which is why I got the hybrid

The bed is 10 out of 10. The reason why I’m giving a 3 star rating is due to the list below. I had ordered a 14in King Hybrid because it’s a soft medium, and not a medium firm. EGO emailed me and stated they were out of stock, and wanted to send me a Queen and refund the difference, instead of offering a California King 14in Hybrid which is the same price. The website also stated they had the frame in stock, only for me to find out through another email that they had discontinued them and likely all the Cali King beds in stock. This information should be provided on the website to avoid the back and forth. If they had updated their site and took the time upgrade my order (a Cali king is a few inches bigger, it’s not by much) instead of downgrade to a queen or a 12 inch, this review would be 5 stars. Again, the bed is phenomenal but it does store a little heat. Update on July 2, 2025 Had my bed for a few weeks now, and still phenomenal. I’m a stomach and side sleeper, which the hybrid medium soft is great for. I also have a movable frame with a lumbar support function… the relief I get from this plus the mattress is life changing. If you can afford a movable frame for added support, DO IT!

Super comfortable and supportive.

I got it set up last night I slept on my mattress for the first time and I felt like I was on a cloud very very comfortable I didn't wake up in themiddle of the night hurting.

Love that it is made in usa. Easy order, quick delivery, great price. It it so comfortable it has improved both my husband and my sleep.

First of all, this is a real site girls. I was skeptical too because I have not heard much about this site, nor its products. Second, if you are a stomach sleeper and require support for your pelvis-- run, don't walk toward the payment button. Third, my shipping experience was fantasic. I received my mattress in 3 days. LOVED that! I have been suffering with lower back pain due to an injury suffered in gymnastics ~10 years ago, so looking for the perfect firm mattress has been on my todo list for years. This mattress gives you appropriate amount of firmness needed to support you all throughout the night on your belly, whilst the memory foam feature enables the mattress to form a light mold of your body. It feels almost as if you are ever so slowly being cradled as you sleep. NOW, keeping in mind that you are in the business for purchasing a FIRM mattress--this is a sturdy girl. Not so firm, though, that it's uncomfortable for my husband, who sleeps on his side (He has been loving this mattress as well). The memory foam gives this mattress the perfect amount of softness without compromising your alignment. To give perspective, I have a moderate amount of lordosis in my lumbar spine and while laying on my back the mattress molds to fill in space between the surface of the bed and the small of my back. However, I feel as if I am laying completely flat. I have had this mattress for only a week and I look foward to seeing how this it settles in. Needless to say, as an exhausted resident physician, I have gotten the best sleep of my life this last week (and so did the dog, who normally prefers her own bed over our bed). *I do have just a tiny, tiny concern about the strong smell that I noticed while allowing the mattress to aerate. By the time the mattress done and I made up my bed to sleep for the night, the smell paled in comparsion to how perfect the mattress felt. It has since disappeared. I hope this helps you make your decision easier. Buy it!

I love this bed. It's so squishy and comfortable, but also supportive, which I need.
