The customer service number they have doesn't work so I sent them a email to modify or cancel my order. I ordered a hybrid mattress and when i looked at the order details it said memory foam. They shipped the bed anyway!

I have now bought 5 EgoHome mattresses & I couldn’t be happier. It started with a new mountain retreat vacation home & I didn’t want to initially furnish it with the expensive mattresses since I was buying so much furniture, also the issue of delivering to this new home. So I tried EgoHome 14” medium mattresses. Bought 3. We loved them! They are firm and can take a while to break in so I purchased a 2” foam topper. We LOVE staying there! My friends who vacationed there have raved about the comfort level. Then I purchased 2 more for our main home in the guest rooms. Let’s just say, I stay up later than my husband so I’ve used that as an excuse for my pup & I to sleep upstairs! The last mattress ordered was promptly shipped but the FedEx driver never delivered it. Each day it was out for delivery & then later marked as “business closed-undeliverable”. It’s a home, not a business. After no help through FedEx I emailed EgoHome who replied right away that they would reach out to FedEx. The next day the mattress was delivered. They go above & beyond! I recommend them to everyone!

Purchase this item from Amazon the companye Egohome provided poor service. I informed the company that I did not want the mattress actually I contacted Amazon they had that company contact me they requested that I send them a picture of the box which I did. Then they called again and said they needed all four sides of the box I sent that seven times and they never responded so I contacted Amazon again and they indicated I had 48 hours and if they don't they'll take care of it well that's happened three times now and they haven't resolved it yet I will discontinue my business not only with ego home but also Amazon and I've been buying from Amazon for 20 years and completely exclusive I will not buy from them ever again poor service. I told the company and Amazon that if they don't send me a paid return label I will drop it off at the prime Amazon shipment in Yakima Washington and I'll take pictures and show that I left it then they have to give me a refund. It's sad to have to go through all this rhetoric to get this business done but that's okay I won't do business with both companies ever again.
