Fast and friendly response

Anne was delightful, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. She is definitely an asset to the organization and its members. Rachael in the Windham office has also been very helpful working through the financial issues before, during, and after the passing of Colette Day.

I worked with Casey Dunton‑Cross to take out an auto loan and she was so patient and helpful. She texted me throughout the process and made sure that I was able to purchase my car. On top of that, the rate was very competitive. I highly recommend Casey and Evergreen!

I do not remember the young ladies name that helped me, but she went above and beyond to make sure I had the answer I needed.

I have been going between Direct TV and AT&T over a payment made in June via automated payment system with no luck and much frustration. Direct TV insisted a refund was given directly back to my share draft acct, and also told me I had to take it up with AT&T even though my bank statement was proof Direct TV received payment. After a 3 hour ordeal with no resolution, Bailey @ EGCU was kind & patiently listened to my issue and immediately took over this case. Maybe EGCU will have better luck going up against these 2 big conglomerates ! Thank you Bailey, true example of excellent customer service experience with this credit union.

Cassey was so helpfull! She made the whole process very simple. I've been with EGCU for over 20 years and never a complaint!! They're awesome 👌

Loved the easy virtual application. Rachel was right on it and related to my questions quickly.
