We applied for a personal loan in May 2023. We were told that we had the loan on a Monday and then on Tuesday we were told by Karen Durling that we didn’t get the loan. We have been members for a long time and now we don’t even recommend Evergreen to anyone.

In general the process was ok, but there was always an excuse as to why the girl that was helping wouldn't call me back. I also thought I opened a checking account on line, i even requested a debit card.. so when I went to the bank for the first time afterwards I asked why I hadn't received my card and I was told my account was just a savings and for the loan I have. I asked her to please change it to a checking account she told me she couldn't do it but she would have someone contact me within a couple of days. It's been almost 2 weeks and I'm not longer interested in changing banks.
