amazing customer service!!
spoke at length to Kelley who was GREAT, explained many details of the 3 companies affiliated with efax, and at the very late hour I called was cheerful, friendly, professional, clear. I TOTALLY appreciate that you offer 24 hr assistance, it is ACE.

Glen R. handled the situation perfectly. I was not able to afford the expensive encrypted product, so having a lower cost alternative was terrific. Please do not use any info in the review that would identify me. I have worked on a volunteer basis with inmates and don't want my info out there.

Excellent Customer-Centric Service and Assistance Rendered by Simona B
I have some questions on billing and alternative suitable efax plans. Tried reaching out to efax via various efax communication channels listed on your invoice and website as I am located in a country not directly serviced by efax. It was a great relief to receive an email from Simona who took time to understand the issues encountered and rendered very good advice on an alternative efax plan that I could consider and managed to avert my initial decision to terminate my current efax plan altogether as it is no longer suitable for my needs. Simona is a great service staff and I am sure she is an asset to your Company. I would like to record my thanks to Simona for so patiently taking time via many emails to assist.
