I was so confused as to why my account wasn't working and contacted Support and a gentleman named Moe assisted me. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. We helped me to reset my browser to get my efax account to work. Moe helped me troubleshoot the process and it was fixed in no time. Due to Moe's expertise, I could get my fax out and make a work suspense. Be sure to commend him for me.

I called to obtain assistance with my new account. I was serviced by a gentleman by the name Moe. I have NEVER had this type of Customer Service experience any ware else ever in my life. Moe is very kind and patient. He is very knowable about e-fax products. He was explaining procedures that I knew nothing about. Like, being able to fax from my email.
