Garbage customer service
Garbage customer service. I got charged for no reason they did not approve a refund, stay away! Who needs fax these days. Good luck!

Just keep away from eFax. Dont give them ypur card info.
Just keep away from it..I am do not recommend efax AT ALL. Bad experience. My wife had to cancel her debit card because efax billed her twice and did not issue a refund. Not worth it.

Great eFax Service and Customer Service
I very much appreciate the help that Fiona provided. She was honest, polite, and thorough. I always love having a kind representative to help me. As for the eFax, I thought it was so amazing. It was my first time completing a fax, and the promptness and confirmation of the fax were very helpful too.

Sent a spam email claiming I had an…
Sent a spam email claiming I had an efax, and the link provided was a "sign up" page for a free trial by their marketing team. So yeah, no chance I actually had an efax unless of course it was sent by the spamvertisers themselves. Edit: After eFax's reply I checked it out. There's a spammer/phishing link "Download this now" in addition to the marketing/signup link, so it's likely whoever sent the spam was hoping to cash in on that click, not the signup. The spammers probably just copied an actual eFax email as a template. I have adjusted my rating.
