We have used the service since 2000.
We have used the service since 2000. The service is in configuration easy and friendly in use. The technology has however improved that the user now get the documents on a phone of tablet in stead of on paper via a faxmachine. Greetings Henry Philipsen

I really like eFax customer services. I get educated on what my plan offers. Before I hang-up the agent makes sure all my questions are answered. I am now thinking of a phone service from eFax because how well I was treated today. Thank you

Worth the wait
Although I had to call in several times and wait for a while in order to get through, I found your tech help associate, Russ Hahn to be knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He led me through (as a new customer) the issues that I was having and answered my questions. You should seek to employ more people of his caliber.

Product works great. When I contacted the support team (Nadia in my case) she was very responsive and addressed mu issue very quickly and to my 100% satisfaction - Excellent. Overall I would recommend eFax as a simple to use and reliable Fax solution.
