Cherry was very helpful! She assisted me as I had hoped and answered an additional question I had as well. The 4-star rating (rather than 5) was not really due to her... there were two factors: first, the wait time for me to get into a live chat seemed excessively long; the other 'issue' was twice during the support process, I had to type and send a bogus message just to keep the chat from timing out (based on a message within the chat). Both times, I was waiting for her to set something up on their end. This message seemed to come fairly quickly and especially when the situation wasn't waiting for me.
