This is in regard to my recent experience that was very professional, efficient and entirely effective. While my experience was related to closing my eFax account - as I no longer require fax services - my long-term experience as a eFax account holder was also very good. However, this review is specifically about the recent experience of closing the account. I worked with Eve who was simply excellent and represents the role-model for quick and complete handling of the change to my account status. If I ever need to reestablish fax services, Eve will have brought me back to eFax.

I want to thank Russ for helping me. My credit card was stolen and the person went on a shopping spree. So when it was time for my eFax bill to be paid, I had no money and I was waiting for a new card. He helped me keep my account open until I received my new card. Thank you again. JC
