It is the worst fax service ever. Not only none if my faxes went through I can't even cancel my account. Its been 3 months since i have made several attempts to cancel my account and I am still getting billed. No reply from customer service except for one automated reply which doesn't solve my issue. Feels like a scam, not recommended.
