I could not download an update through the application. The agent was very quick to provide the correct url to resolve the issue. The chat bot interface however needs to work. I had to provide the same information multiple times. First to the bot and then to the agent. Info such as email, fax number, issue etc., etc. I think the chat bot should display that information to the agent, The issue could have been resolved in half the time as I am a slow typist.
