Ordered on Valentines Day. No receipt via e-mail or nothing. Paid about 20 dollars for delivery. Nothing came. No word from them, no response no nothing. When you try to call the store, on that particular day, they sent ppl to an automated message after the initial automated mess. That hangs up on you. On hold for an hr. today and was hung up on. Called back and on hold again for 30 mins.so far. Evergreen Park, IL store is TERRIBLE! Obviously, doesn't care about customer communication or their order in general. Second day and 15 phone calls later, I still haven't talked to anyone, and still no word on my undelivered order whatsoever. Now I have to file a dispute with m yuh payment method. Terrible, pretty much ruined my Valentines Day for my girlfriend

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mom on Valentines Day, so she would feel loved and not alone. It never got delivered. Thanks to this Edible Arrangements she didn’t receive anything on Valentines Day. The order status online has never changed from “received by store, will be delivered on Feb 14”. I’ve called the store 10 times and left 3 voicemails and I’m yet to get someone to pick up the phone or return my call. Unfortunately I am out of state and can’t go to the store to get answers. This business is a highly unprofessional and unreliable and you should take caution in ordering from them if the delivery is important.

Wow disappointed very much shady business I placed an order waited about 4 to 5 hours delivery never came and they claimed it was delivered got on the phone. 2 days to get someone to answer and they put you on hold for another day. Stay away make you own you better off.

Very unhappy with store 541. What was received did not look like what I ordered. Very little chocolate on the strawberries and it looked like it was thrown together. Then when I tried to send the store an email my order number copied from their email cannot be found. They used to do a great job but it is obvious that has changed. Do not waste your money like I did.

So disappointed. I paid extra to have an arrangement delivered on Valentines Day. They took my money and lied about delivery. This is their business and ALL they do! If you can’t commit just don’t take the order. I’ve requested a refund and for backup contacted my bank to file a claim. So frustrating!!

I purchased chocolate covered strawberries, cookies and balloons for my husband. It was supposed to arrive in the morning because they are less than 5 miles away from his office. It never arrived I tried calling and their phone is set to voicemail. I tried calling the sales line the same thing. My husband is now off of work and received nothing for Valentine's Day. Still no answer at Edible Arrangements in Round Rock, TX. We are leaving to go out of town and I have no way of getting a hold of anyone. I guess I'll have to do a credit card charge back. Highly unprofessional, they should have someone answering the phone on their busiest day of the year. I will use Tiffs Treats from now on. They do strawberries and cookies too.

My concern for food safety was never addressed. I sent an email to edible arrangements costumer service relating to the fact a unmarked, normal car was the vehicle that arrived as well as an un uniformed edible arrangements employee to deliver my order. I wouldn't be so upset about this unprofessionalism if it only happened to me once (happened twice) and the fact the site tracking describes the type of vehicle to expect, and it definitely didn't describe a regular sedan.

Scam. It’s just like the reviews said you transfer them the money and then they want to charge you more money four a insurance deposit. Worst piece of crap ever. If I could say more words I would a friend directed me to McDavin Dispensary (mcdavindispensary. com) great quality products and great customer service all in one place now i can get wht i need anytime just sharing my experience to help others
