I would give it zero stars but it's not an option. Store 1158 in San Antonio Texas Alamo Ranch location was horrible. My order was never delivered and I called 5 times to check on the status of my refund with the manager (she was the only one able to do it). Manager Krista never reached out to contact me. However I did speak with Ruben who was great. I have reached out to corporate who I hope will handle my refund. It has been 17 days since my order was supposed to be delivered. 14 days since my requested refund.

My sister's basket was horrible! It looked like the fruit had been in the car all day. We were even missing the teddy bear! I do not recommend! Riverdale Georgia!

My husband ordered me a platter from edible, it cost 60 dollars, and it was for international women’s day. The lady there didn’t even know that it was international women’s day. And second she gave my husband a terrible customer service. The platter that they sent to me didn’t even look like the picture, it was so ugly that I decided to call and say that they made me a platter that I did not like, and she said “ well I did it by myself and I am very busy” and then she hung up on me. I hope people don’t keep buying things there they have horrible customer service and we’re very rude. This happened at greenwoood plaza , 1712 S. Congress Ave Lake worth, FL 33461.

Ruined valentines for me, ordered day before.. called 7x to ask where it was..No one answers phone and even now they’ve said they would address via customer service and have not... I would never risk ruining a special occasion again with edible arrangements. Used the Naples location.

The downward spiral that Edible is experiencing can be directly attributed to the greedy, arrogant inept CEO and his lack of concern for the customers, employees and franchisees. He’s so busy touting his ability to “win” Valentine’s Day by “wowing” the customers that he is completely blind to the fact that EA is no longer relevant. He promoted his daughter to VP of Netsolace and surprise surprise, the system crashes on the busiest day of the year. It appears by the thousands of complaints that the corporate backup plan was to hide, make lame excuses and throw the individual stores under the bus. No wonder so many stores are closing, who would want to be associated with such incompetency. Shop for your gifts elsewhere and if you want to keep your sanity, run, don’t walk away from any brands this man has his hands on.

First time ordering from this website. They delivered my mother's day order but the balloon was missing. No customer service and no reply from my email. Will not buy from this website again... Don't buy from this website just shop with (ganjaestates.com) the are legit and reliable okay.

Awful!! Never received product that was ordered, yet they took the money out of my account. When I posted an honest, albeit non flattering comments, they proceeded to delete all of my comments from their post on Facebook. I have filed complaints with the FTC, BBB and Texas Attorney General. This company needs to be shut down!!

Store #517 took my order on the 13th of Feb. promised to deliver them to my wife on the 14th. Never came, finally got a person on the 15th, he said we got slammed but we will deliver them today. Talked to my Daughter she said that EA never showed up. Call Store #517 No Answer, Called EA main business was put on hold for 3 hours on a Saturday. Never answered me. Really Poor Business!!! Learned my lesson. EA will go out of business if they keep this up. Now I have to work with my credit card company on canceling the charges to Store #517 EA.
