Ordered a platter for my mom and had it delivered early to avoid the Mother's Day rush. They actually delivered it at 11:00 PM. They left if on the porch. My mom found it in the morning. It was cool that night but some of the fruit was soft and had to be discarded. I have tried to leave feedback but there is no way to do that. I called the store many times but they won't answer and I can't leave a message. I paid $75 for this and feel cheated with no form of recourse. This company has lost its value and commitment over the years. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Theses mfs. From corporate on down are trash. I ordered my moms gift 3 days ago. Paid 15 for delivery the Saturday before Mother’s Day and these people sat up and told me that it won’t be delivered until Tuesday/Wednesday. UMMMMM? What ? I understand it’s busy. But y’all know good and well the holiday is coming every year to not be prepared. Then to charge folks extra and not follow through ? Y’all gotta be smoking d*ck, coke or something. Never and I mean never again.

Ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my wife they were delivered on time but the quality of the strawberries were very poor The big shopping box stores that sell vegetables and fruit had 3 pound boxes of strawberries with a much better quality than what I received from edible arrangements Don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

Would give 0 as a review but unable. I placed an online order on May 3rd to be delivered to my mother in Cleveland, OH on May 6th. I called at 10:41 am on May 6th to check the status of my order. The young lady I spoke with assured me it would be delivered the same day...NO DELIVERY!! I ordered the Mother's Day treats and deserts platter ($59.99). On May 7th I made my first call to the edible arrangements in Lyndhurst and spoke with Kayla. She told me due to over 200 orders that were made the day before all orders were not delivered. As I'm crying , which I have been since yesterday, she offered to refund my money (which by the way I didn't ask for, I simply wanted the order to be delivered) and still have the platter delivered. I have been sick for 2 weeks and my mother is older and her doctor has her in quarantine due to COVID-19 so I am unable to deliver ANYTHING personally. I spoke with Kayla 8 times during the course of the day on May 7th and each time she assured me the delivery would be made and she would personally make sure the order made it on the truck. During the call I made at 1:59p.m. Kayla stated she put the order on the truck herself. At this point I felt fairly comfortable that Kayla understood my issue. I decided at 4:05 I would call again just to be safe since the store closed at 5. Again, I spoke with Kayla and she said the truck left approximately 30 minutes after our last conversation and the order was on the truck. At 6:38 I spoke with my mother and still NO DELIVERY!! I didn't want anything but for my mother to have a Great Mother's Day and send her something from me and her granddaughter (my daughter). I can't even stop crying!!!!! My mother means EVERYRHING to me and edible arrangements totally made this the worst mother's day for my Mom. Your reviews are horrific and I'm absolutely hurt and disappointed in the level of customer service this place has shown. I will NEVER order from here again and will deter ANYONE wanting to order from this horrible place 😪

I placed an order at the store in Lusby, MD for my friend's birthday. I paid an additional $10 to have the fruit delivered that day. I received an email that afternoon to say that Delivery was Unsuccessful. I tried calling the store but they were gone for the day. The next day i called and asked what happened. I was told my friend was not at home (lie) when they tried to delivered. She said they called her but got no answer (another lie). I asked my friend to check her phone and she had no missed calls. The store person then told me that they don't do the deliveries, they outsource to DoorDash, and they have no control over the goods once they leave their store. Soooooo.......I pay you for a service and goods, you take my money and then pass the order on to another company (DoorDash) and you take no responsibility when my order is not delivered as requested. Unbelieveable!! I paid YOU! I DIDN'T pay DoorDash! I don't know what the rest of their stores are like but DO NOT ORDER FROM THE LUSBY, MD STORE. I won't use this company again!

I ordered an arrangement for my son and had to change the address. I was told on the phone that was fine, but when the delivery didn't show up I called customer service and was told too bad, they can't change the address once an order is placed. That would have been good to know when I called the first time. I had my son contact the old address and the arrangement was never delivered there either. I have called customer service 4 times and been told each time a supervisor would call me back which never happened. It has now been a month of me trying to talk to someone to get a refund and I am getting no where. Terrible service, terrible customer relations. I will never order online from them again. Awful.

I made a order on the 21 of April to be delivered on the 22 it was never delivered so I called the store it was an old recording that did not except any messages mean while they sent an email and said it was delivered lied 1 called the phone for customer service two times after holding for 20 min. they said they will look into it. the store called my sister and said they tried to deliver it but they weren't home lie two they are in lockdown plus they have the device that's shows who is on there porch they did not try to deliver it. i called again finally the store said they will deliver Fri. lie three never delivered it I am very unhappy with this service and the store I just now looked at the reviews on this page there is a lot maybe next I will check reviews before I order from someone. shame on you

My sister ordered me a surprise gift for our anniversary- 4/22. She received an email that it was successfully delivered. Lie number one. She called and asked how we liked it. We never received it. She finally got someone the next day. They said they would investigate. That evening we received a call from them (so they did have our number) and said they rang our bell but no answer. We are in a shelter in, home plus we have ring video. They never came. So that was lie number two. Third lie was they told us they would deliver on Friday. Well that never happened either. Horrible way to treat people in a business that rely on people . Refund my sister! We will never use this business again. Lying is never the answer.
