I ordered (2) Mothers Day baskets for My Mom & Mother in law which totaled a little over $300. Nothing was delivered at all to my Mother nor my Mother in law and when I reached out to the store located at 12844 S Ashland Ave Calumet-park, IL 60827 Phone # 708-396-3103, I received NO ANSWER & I COULD NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE because their mailbox is Full! They had the AUDACITY TO charge me for one of the baskets and it was not delivered. They did however, refund $200 for the other basket! My Mother in-law expressed to my husband that she Never received the basket which is just SAD!!! They have truly made what should have been and could have been a wonderful Mother’s Day A very SAD & DISAPPOINTING Mother’s Day!!!! I would NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE & I will be in touch with the Better Business Bureau!!!!

If I could give no stars I would.... almost 90 dollars later, my mother received her fruit 3 days AFTER they were scheduled to drop it off. To the wrong house AND it HOT fruit! Never again!

I ordered a gift for Mother’s Day that I had delivered two days before. Not only did I get it at almost 10 pm but it was also missing items. I have been trying to get a hold of someone about this since and no one has answered. I have left several messages, emails and filled out numerous feedback forms. For the price it would be nice to have customer service that gets back to the customers. Terrible business. Never going back!!

Worst customer service ever. I have been ordering from edible arrangements for years and there are many different locations to choose from. Do not order from here. Order from the next one within your area. They take no responsibility for their errors. I ordered an $80 arrangement for Mother’s Day and after it didn’t arrive had to search for them to ask what happened. No call letting me know and when I did speak to someone, was yelled at and given basically the excuse Oh well, we are busy! There are just way too many other options and places to give my money too. I will never make them that mistake again with the Evanston location !

I ordered my mother's day gift a week ahead of time and on the day of delivery, I received an email stating the order was cancelled without any reason. After 45 minutes on hold with their corporate customer service, I gave up. I'm still waiting for my refund.

I didn't want to tell my son and daughter-in-law but the edible bouquet they sent for Mothers Day was gross. (It didn't arrive until Monday) It was mostly Kale and the few fruit pieces were terrible. The three strawberries and 6 grapes were fine but the pineapple was brown and slimy. The little bit of melon was limp and disgusting. I threw it away. I hate that my kids spent the money on garbage.

I would never in my life order from this place again ! I put my order for my mom on Mother’s Day 6:19am to be delivered to her house . According to the tracking they never even prepared my order . Can’t even complain because the number goes straight to a voicemail THAT IS FULL. Unprofessional and very tacky knowing some ppl can’t even be with their loved ones for mother day due to the covid the least y’all could’ve did was actually deliver it

NEVER ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS! I just received a phone call at 7pm at night that they can't deliver my MOM'S Mother's day arrangement. The store manager was Aaron at the Edible Arrangements in Downtown Denver. They didn't offer me any sort of compensation or offer any other solution except for returning my money. Please pass this on. They were VERY unhelpful and notified me when it is too late to do anything!!! NO OFFER TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!!
