I ordered an arrangement for a neighbor as a surprise gift because they take care of my yard work, almost 2 acres. It was thrown on their porch by UPS, I saw the delivery. My neighbor did not see it till the next day & it was filled with ants. So much for my surprise & although they claim to deliver happiness, I was very unhappy that customer service did nothing to compensate this senior citizen. Perhaps it wasn’t packaged good enough to be thrown on the porch; otherwise the ants would not have been interested

Worst company to order from! HORRIBLE customer service...long waiting time. No one calls back or responds. Ordered a birthday treat for my husband. It came all melted and looked really unprofessional. My 10 year old said she couldve made it better for daddy. Trying to get my money back and its been weeks and no one picking up any phone!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

This is a customer service post that I sent directly to Edible Arrangements, did not get a response at all. I sent my mom an arrangement for her birthday and accidentally sent it to her old address. =( I saw that it had not been delivered and called the support number and was told that the address could not be corrected and there was nothing that could be done even though it had not been delivered. I tried to call UPS but since I was not the sender, I could not do anything. I tried calling back 12 times and no one would answer. While I realize this was my error, I feel like you should be able to help me by contacting UPS since it is your account. I am out $65 and am really disappointed in your lack of customer care. I will be posting about this on my social media accounts if I do not hear back from someone. I also want to know why this was not made by a local store and was shipped instead of delivered. You guarantee that everything is made fresh at a local store. Please contact me asap. I called another number I found and spoke to a John who told me it was my fault and there is nothing they would do. My mom received it and it was all melted in the end of the box, she also called and was told they would not do anything. I will never order here again, their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

Placed an order for days before delivery date that I wanted. The invoice has been paid. Order was not received. Since I could not be with my granddaughter for her sixth birthday I thought this would be a nice surprise for her. But the surprise was on me. I have been trying for hours to get in touch with someone at customer service and at the local store. I have left voice mail and have not received a response

What can I say about this place. On Mothers day I ordered a arrangement and was promised it would be delivered on time. Well let just say that never did happen. Horrible horrible. So awful my mother was waiting for her gift that never came so embarrassing. Than I said ok due to everything I gave them the benefit of doubt and so I ordered another arrangement for my daughters graduation. Well this time Ediable Arrangements gave me a store closest to me and I placed my oder and paid for it. Now for day of pick I went to pick up my order and the store was actually closed down. Closed Down and they let me order from this store. So I called customer care and was told "Oh ya sorry we were suppose to take that store off website a while ago". Can you believe that? Now am out a graduation gift for my daughter. This place is horrible horrible.. By far the worsr customer service ever... Thanks to Pomona store they made me my arrangement last minute...

Just want to add to the one stars! This company ruined my moms Mother’s Day!! Don’t use!!

I ordered a gift for my daughter's Birthday online and.....it never came. Very disappointed and embarrassing! I had told her and she waited, waited and waited.....on her Birthday! For a reputable company I expected a text, call or e-mail to inform me about the delay or no delivery and I probably would not be as angry as I am. They did ask me for a phone number and must have forgotten? When I called today I got a lame excuse about UPS being a mess because of the pendemic. My refund supposedly underway, still to be seen. 1. The way of delivery was their choice and " edibles" shouldn't offer delivery if they think their carrier is a mess. 2. "Edibles" needs to improve their communication with their clients and let them know if anything went wrong with their order. Instead they left me waiting and wondering. I wont take a chance and will not order ever again from " edibles"! I also will not recommend " edibles" and will share my experience with anyone who needs input before using this company.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Ordered 10days in advance. It’s 15 days later and still has not been delivered. Called and was told “the local store will call” then if they can’t help I could call back for a refund. I have to make all the calls and still waiting for “the local store” to call. Now EA won’t answer because always closed or busy Do Not Use This Service!
