Placed order Sept 30th for delivery Oct 2nd. Received email Oct 2nd that order was getting ready for delivery and would receive another email once it went out. No email was received. Called company and was told could not be delivered until Sunday Oct 4th. Called Sunday, Oct 4th at 2:30 PM and told can't be delivered until Tuesday, Oct 6th! This was for my father-in-laws 90th birthday! Poor man could pass away by the time this horrific company got fruit to him! And he lives in Richmond, VA, not Nome, Alaska! You people advertise a product and service you can't deliver on. It's going to catch up to you!

I do not recommend this company. My sympathy order never arrived. Edible arrangements finally refunded me my money but never sent a new item to the recipient. Was totally embarrassed. Never again!!

I wish I could give them negative stars. The delivery never happened. Could not contact the store itself and customer service was a joke. They were not helpful - they were rude. The worst ever. There are plenty of other companies happy to take my money!

No star is not available, otherwise I would have rated it NO STAR! HORRIBLE PLACE!!! They let you order and take your money and will NEVER FULFILL THE ORDER!!! Their customer service is non existent!!!!!! I Called and called and no one answers!!!!!! This order was for my daughters birthday — she has been looking forward to this!!!!! Such a DISGRACE!!! You should NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE OPEN AT ALL because your service HORRIBLE!!!!!

Not only was my arrangement late, it was the wrong one. My husband got this for our anniversary and they sent a get well soon box. All of the chocolate was melted and the fruit was mush. It was apparent that it sat somewhere and almost completely melted. The apples in my box had already started to brown and go bad. They also didn’t include the note my husband added either. Won’t use them again.

Arrived spoiled and rotten four days late 😳🥺 thank God I was offered a refund

I received a beautiful arrangement as a gift unfortunately the driver left it on my back deck in 90 degree weather. When I got home at night the fruit was rotten. The store that delivered it said there was nothing they could do. I felt horrible for the person that ordered it. It must have been well over $100. If you’re looking to send a gift, send flowers, not edible arrangement!

I received some chocolate covered Strawberries as a gift. They were lovely, but the next day 3 of them had mold on them. The next day all the other ones did too. We were home when the delivery was made and refrigerated them with 20 minutes of delivery. Terrible experience.
