Never ordered before, so Jay helped me pick out what I needed as arrangements. Jay was patient with me as I scrabble to find phone numbers and addresses... I called back two days later and place another order and I have ordered seven arrangements with the help of Jay within a week. His personality is pleasant and he went beyond the call of customer service for me. My father in law just pasted and these were “thank you” gifts for kindness to my family. I ordered a small birthday bouquet from edible arrangements. While waiting for my delivery, I came across many bad reviews which scared me. However, to my surprise, my bouquet arrived on time and was beautiful, bigger than I expected. The chocolate coated fruits were fresh. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
