I would not order anything from Company. Ordered A fruit arrangement for a friend not feeling good and she was looking forward to this for she cannot eat too much. I ordered A-day and a 1/2 in advance and she never received it. When I called to inquire about it all they said was they were super busy and did not know when they would get it out to her a could even been another day then the day they promised. They refunded my money but did not care If they lost a customer are not because they said they're too busy anyway delivering other arrangements. Pretty mad you can make your order but no guarantee it will ever get delivered not ordering from this place ever again.!!

1st time to order from Edible Arrangements in Bentonville, AR. It will be my last time to order. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday Feb 13. The delivery was not made. I sent an email on Sunday inquiring about the delivery and heard nothing. I called today (Wednesday) - the nice man on the phone said my order had been cancelled by someone in the corporate office. No one called me to let me know. When I ask why no one called to let me know, the man on the phone could not tell me why - he did not offer to replace the order only apologized on behalf of the company. The order of almost $200 was refunded to my credit card.

I wish I had believed the negative reviews prior to using this service!!! I tend to try things for myself. Well, just as others reported, I ordered from the store in BABYLON, NY on a Friday for a Monday delivery and my family NEVER received their items! I called, and got a message they were closed. I called the following day, was on hold for at least 13 minutes and was told it was attempted to be delivered! LIES!!!. Thereupon were home all day. I asked for reimbursement and was told that they would need to cancel delivery for today!!! How if they had just said it was on it's way!!! I am disgusted by their lack of professionalism and punctuality! DO NOT USE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEN EITHER!!!

Lied to me. They delivered the wrong thing and promised up and down they would deliver the right thing and never did.

Chocolate covered stawberries were 100% horrible small strawberries dipped 2 side by side stuck together. Horrible presentation. If id have opened them in store you would have them thrown at you. One mad customer and totally ruined what was to be a sweetheart gift if i could give a 0 it would be yours. Do everyone a favor and close shop.

I called the edible arrangements at 3916 Portsmouth Blvd., Chesapeake Virginia 23321. I spoke to Chelsea gave her the order made it very clear that I wanted delivered on Saturday February the 13th I get a phone call that the edible arrangement have been delivered Friday in the rain and was going to be left on the porch had I not gotten my brother to meet them there I called back to the store they had me on hold 25 to 30 minutes trying to decide what they were going to do acting like it was my fault not theirs for delivering the arrangement early. This arrangements cost over $100 and this is the second time I've ordered from this particular store and had an issue The last arrangement I bought it for a birthday back in August she had to return it because the fruit was horrible. It's not fair for a business to operate and have such service as this to lower your customers. I've ordered from other edible arrangements never this bad. I plan to write the better business bureau and report them about how sorry their customer service is and how inconsiderate they are I didn't allow them to pick it back up because I knew they would bring the same one back the next day. I hope whoever reads this decide not to order anything from them try anywhere but edible arrangements this particular store anywayand no one even said I'm sorry for the mistake I'm sorry for delivering it too early it was all for what can we do to make this right to my satisfaction. Disaster!!! After standing outside in the cold rain waiting to order a create your box with chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple for my 16yr old daughter 3 days in advance I was told I could only order from the stupid flyer of select items . Don’t know why I couldn’t order what was normally offered she told me to come back on Monday which was after Valentine’s Day , no point in that !!!! The computer was slow , people patiently waiting but the employees acted like they didn’t want to be bothered or just didn’t care !! I will NEVER spend another dime here . Go with a small business Edible Arrangments are ONLY about the money . Hated to leave 1 star but had to before leaving a review 😒

I received orders of chocolate covered strawberries and a flat balloon. The strawberries presentation was awful. The strawberries was mostly green. Really disappointed and will never order again. I called edible and they informed me they would credit my son back $5.00 for the balloon. Awful customer service and service.
