I’m so mad. I ordered a gift to be delivered yesterday same day delivery. I was not notified that they could not deliver same day. Called customer service and I’m sorry do you want to cancel. They don’t even care. I can see why their rating is so low and a couple of sites. We’ll see what time do you deliver today.

Horrible customer service, my husband didn’t get his bday surprise, my account was charged twice and customer service was no help! Run from this business!

horrible the west kendall office on kendal drive miami sent an idiot to deliver a package to my house and ring our door bell with no mask amid the coronavirus is this how they train their drivers thank god no one answered as i pulled up and sdaw this obviously i was outraged to think especially elders that are susceptible think how many packs they deliver a day and to feel the driver had the arrogance to show up at a strangers door and stay only a few feet away and ring bell with no face covering whatsoever please if u live in miami do not do business with the franchise on kendall drive in miam fl as it appears they do not train nor care as i asked the mgr to speak to the owner mr Santana and he never addressed my concern after i said you cant come to my door with out a mask the driver instead of apologizing said to be spiteful im gonna take package back and left with it ... this is what you get when you deal with a company that doesn't educate uneducated careless and thoughtless ppl and delivery drivers as to the seriousness of the deaths that corona has hit our community in miami.. never again get your goods somewhere else we do not live in a third world country regardless of what ppl say about miami but when ppl do this garbage its hard not agree.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I hate the fact I even had to give this business a 1 star! The WORST experience of my life!! I have never dealt with so many nasty customer service reps/supervisors!! I placed a beautiful order for my parents for Easter 3 days before the holiday. I spoke to NASTY, unprofessional, rude customer service named (Alicia). I paid for shipping and was told it would be delivered on Easter. I decided to contact my parents around 7pm since I didn’t hear from them. My mom said nothing had arrived yet. I called and spoke to several people including supervisors who said that it would not be delivered that day. I proceeded to explain to this women that I ordered it 3 days prior and wanted to make sure it would arrive for Easter Day. She told me that the store closed early and I would have to contact them the next day with an attitude like it was no big deal! The next day I did contact the store I was told to call and was informed they did not have my order. I found out the stupid so called customer service rep sent my order to the Jackson NJ store that has been CLOSED since the beginning of COVID 19. This is pure stupidity that this huge company would not have a list of their stores that are no longer open for over a year now. I will NEVER order from them again!! I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau! They are so quick to take your money and then care less when they screw up! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!

Very disappointed My daughter just moved to San Diego, I decide to surprise her with edible,. The advertisement for the Easter platter not what I expected, I had received edibles many times and never in plastic containers. Never again.

I’m very upset will be advising every last one of family and friends and co workers to never order ANYTHING from Edible Arrangements had the worse experience....I placed order week prior for delivery to be made following Saturday for a birthday delivery well the delivery basically took all day to get to the person which they never got delivery I paided my money for Saturday delivery which was never made will never ever place a delivery I wanted to be made on day of my friend birthday horrible service for sure very disappointed

I placed an order March 8 to be delivered on March 17 for a birthday gift. I was informed the day of the delivery it wouldn’t be delivered until March 18. I wasn’t notified or given an explanation on why this happened. This will be my 1st and last time ordering!

Your Edible Arrangements Location at 3530 Johnson Ave Bx, Ny has the worst service when given the order one week in advance for a 10:30am pick up and the job requires a waiting period when the order is not even ready for the requested time that was given I will never order from this location ever again you lost a customer who spent over $350.00 dollars in your items
