I wish I could give Edible Arrangements "0" stars because that's what we paid for and received, "0" service. I ordered and paid for an arrangement for my mother before Mother's Day. At 3 pm on Mother's Day my mother still hadn't received it so we called the customer service representative (877) 363-**** (I could not get the local store to answer the phone after they posted their mother's day hours "open till 7 pm"), I was told that they had till 9 pm to deliver on Mother's Day. (when I placed the order they took my phone number and email address). There's no excuse for this. I definitely was not told this when my order was placed. I would have never ordered the arrangement. Basically, 9 p.m. on Mother's Day is not acceptable, it's over. Unfortunately, my Mom waited all day long, did not leave the house waiting for her present. She cancelled dinner arrangements with family to wait. I never received a text or phone call saying it was late or could not be delivered. They took my order and my money but there was literally NO ONE to call for information regarding this order. The online status check is useless. They have no updates about an order even when you supply the order number. I called the customer service line again at 9 p.m. and I was on hold for 42 minutes. No one ever answered. If you live in Oklahoma, do not deal with the edible arrangements on Northwest Expressway. Unprofessional, never answer phone calls and could care less about the "Commitment promise" of Edible Arrangements Corporate!!! You made this Mother's Day the worse ever for my Mom. She is elderly and we honor her every year with something special. I am a recurring customer to edible arrangements and although the fruit is sometimes sour or over-ripe, I have not had this horrible experience of a NO Call, NO, email, NO show/delivery. I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND. DO NOT DELIVER THE DAY AFTER!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AGAIN. I am going to post this review so people can know what they're getting into ordering for a special occasion from Edible Arrangements

This is a really bad service I ordered a week ago for mother’s day it is 6:00 pm and they has not deliver yet I will never buy anything from this business I know they don’t care if I buy or not but just to alert the peoples the are thinking about stay away this a bad business and they have no information when they going to delivery 🚚

So so upset. I have a feeling my mom won't be receiving her mother's day gift. Order was supposed to be delivered on 5/8 as of just now at 5:35pm 5/9 website says oder is pending STILL!!! This is crazy because there is no one to actually talk to about this. Will never use them again

On 5/9/21, Mother’s Day @ about 3:30pm I get a call from them telling me that they had ran out of the fruit arrangements. They wanted to know if they could substitute for a box of 12 strawberries dipped in chocolate. Being that I’m from out of state ordering something for my mother in a different state; I had no choice but to agree or she wouldn’t have received a mother’s day gift. They charged me the same amount of money for two boxes of strawberries.. so not right😡

They are a fnkg scam do not ever order or get anything from them!! i placed an order to pick up for mother’s day and when i went to go pick it up the store was closed and when i try to call every other edible store they would all hang up on me!! NEVER EVER FNKG AGAIN!! I WANT MY FNKG MONEY BACK!! EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS CAN LICK MY ASS AND GO TO FNKG HELL!!

Very bad experience. Ordered for Mothers Day a week in advance for delivery on the Friday before. Received an email Saturday morning that delivery was unsuccessful. Called the store on the email. Was put on hold for 40 minutes then they hung up on me before speaking to them. I called back and they said another store was responsible. I called that store and was put on endless hold. I called the corporate number and auto reply system said the delivery was unsuccessful, no other explaination. Mom was home both days and no one called.

Terrible Experience, I won't be using this company ever again. Order Date 5/6/2021 I've been a long time fan of this company but after this last arrangment they went to far. 1- The greeting card defaulted to the "You have a greeting card" for the message tried to call several times to corporate and the location to only get an automated recording and no way to speak to a live person 2- The fact that no one reached out to acknowledge the card was misprinted 3- I ordered the arrangement at 8am this morning, going on 6pm still no word of delivery says it's "en fruit" since 2:30pm not sure why it takes 3+ hours to drive 1.5 miles 4- Terrible customer service from the start to the end this company went straight the the trash, use any other service but this one.

Terrible.....0 stars!!!! An embarrassing presentation of white chocolate covered strawberries. Chocolate was completely melted all over and the strawberries seem to have been picked after a hurricane passed. Not to mention how tiny they were. Ridiculous for such an expensive product. They don’t check nor survey after they delivered something, so they can get away with anything. If needed, I have pictures to prove it.
