I placed an order on Tuesday July 27th at 3722 N Southport Ave location in Chicago, to be delivered on Friday July 30th, mind you; this location is 20 mins from where it was be to delivered and in the worst traffic. You mean to tell me, they can't deliver in 3 days, WOW. Just saying. This location should lose their franchise, who doesn't answer calls during business hours, called this location 773.549.9300, although there's an option to leave a message, but, what do you know... the mailbox was SUPPOSEDLY full and you couldn't leave a message. Also, called Atlanta customer service 203.774.5357, they weren't any help either... isn't that HQ for Edible Arrangements.. Geez.at least headquarters answered the phones, guess that was only joy in experience, someone answering the phone. All this technology and automated messaging system, all change is not progress. So, I asked for a refund. The End.

I've tried getting through to the store and no one answers as they are supposed to be open at 9 AM and it's way over 9. And I can't get through the web site either. I guess they don't need the business! It's ridiculous and frustrating! I'll go somewhere that wants my money?!

Place the order online on Sunday for my mother's birthday. It was supposed to be delivered today Tuesday I got an email confirmation that FedEx was going to deliver it between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. package was never delivered. And I never received a email or phone call to notify me of any issues. I just called to make it complain they said they would refund my money back and send me a gift card to my email address and until now I have never received an email back from them. Don't bother ordering from them shipping is too expensive and it's not worth it because they cannot even deliver. Very poor service.

They called me to say my daughter wasn’t home to accept delivery and told me I had to pay a delivery charge of $16 to try again. I had chosen next day delivery to avoid a same day delivery charge of half that amount. I told them they don’t allow customers to select a delivery time window so it’s their responsibility to put their product in her hands and should have called her first since their products are FOOD, need refrigeration and are perishable. They insisted I had to pay the inflated delivery charge so I agreed. Instead, my daughter came home to find it sitting in the hallway in front of her apartment door where it had been for several hours. Lucky no one had taken it but I told her to throw it out. What a disgusting company.

Unbelievably disappointed ay this company and its handling of orders placed. If you advertise next day delivery then adhere to it. Not only was my order placed first thing in the morning, but it sat PENDING, the entire day into the next morning! I call to find out the store didn’t even MAKE THE TICKET for my order and there’s no way I could have what I ordered delivered on the DAY I PAID FOR IT. Being active duty I can’t always get to the people I love so I TRUST companies to make birthdays and holidays special. NEVER will I trust this company again, it’s like they deliberately want people to stop using their services.

If only there's an option for Negative 5 stars. The birthday basket ordered for a client was never delivered. Edible Arrangement never informed the failure to fulfill the order. After one month later no action was taken by EA. I had to spend over an hour on the phone trying to get a simple refund jumping through all kinds of hoops. I will never spend a cent with Edible Arrangement again.

Ordered a Birthday gift for my wife and they did not want to deliver it to my door. They wanted my wife to come downstairs with the baby to the front of the building to get her gift. Very very rude at the store very unprofessional. They called me with the rudeness. 880 East 163st Bronx NY worse store ever.

I purchased a combo of cookies dipped fruit and chocolates for my grandmother's 84th birthday. She never got a chance to eat any of it because instead of it being delivered to a LIVE person like I asked, they left them on the steps in the Georgia heat. To top it off the ants got into it. I called about it and all the girl said was the driver talked to someone through the Ring doorbell so he left it there. Normally we hand it to a person. My question is why didn't the driver? Anyone can answer the Ring doorbell even when they aren't home so why leave it and not HAND it to a person like I asked. Why is there even an option to HAND it to a person when they aren't going to. I live I Minnesota and was trying to do something nice for my grandmother but this is all I get. A waste of my money for melted ant filled treats. Sad business. Never spending my money here again..
