This has been a nightmare with them. Ordered online, called to clarify way before closing time, kept going to vm but that was full. Have called corporate 3 times and held for 20 min each time with noone answering. I dont know if my order got delivered! Frustrated!! Tried it once and will never use again!!!

Edible Arrangements in Southbury, CT. My review and situation is pretty much every other bad review listed here. Placed an expensive birthday gift order for it to not be delivered, with no notification or explanation. Contacted the store and was treated rudely & then they tried to blame not having a map (who uses maps it’s 2021) and the recipient (which was a bold face lie) for the non-delivery. This business is a joke.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst place to ever deal with. I went straight to the local location in Melbourne Florida where my daughter lives versus the 1800 number. I told them my daughter gets off work at 1 please deliver before. No, and then they don't answer their phone, I have to go through corporate located in Georgia whose response to me, Oh, they aren't answering me either. Hopefully it will be there by 5. I asked to speak to a manager and was on hold for 47 minutes. Now I have called back and am currently on hold for 35 minutes and I am still holding. BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Why I changed from 1-800 flowers is completely my mistake. You have ruined part of my gift for my daughter and her colleagues. my confirmation number was W1004715082-1 And as I end this review, I have now been on hold for a second time for 59 minutes so far. I AM STILL HOLDING. Today is September 8, 2021 and the time is 2:59pm. Let me give you the latest update. It is now 3:05 and someone at the local store in Melbourne, named CHRISTINE hung up on me and the edible arrangements corporate supervisor. Same thing with the Melbourne location "supervisor" Kevin, he hung up too. PLEASE DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, AND CERTAINLY DON'T PUT TRUST IN THEM TO DELIVER FOR YOUR SPECIAL OCCASIONS AND MOMENTS. Who knew that hanging up on a customer was good customer service. Thanks Christine and Kevin at the local store and John and Maurice in customer service. Seems like the 2022 budget should have additional training allocated.

I have had a really bad experience with this Edible Arrangement and would not recommend and will not ever order. It was delivered to my house and dropped off near the road at our open gate entrance. Our house is only 200 ft from this gate. It was placed on the ground and we were not notified. The temperature here in GA in Mid August was around the mid 90. Needless to say, the chocolate melted. This attracted the ants and they had a field day. The packaging was not sealed and it was just so disgusting to even look at. They ants covered the box and also on the inside on the chocolate fruit. We called the company and explained how it was delivered. They were very apologetic to us and said they would resend a new box. Also gave us a tracking number to follow too. They set-up a date and we told them that we would be there watching for it all day. Also told them to leave a message to deliver to house. So then, the new box came around a week later. We had been watching the tracking number all day but again it was left down by road at same place. It was like a replay from the week before. Covered in ants and all melted again. It had only been sitting there for almost 30 minutes before we saw from tracking number that it was delivered. We were in the house and we were easily available to answer the door. But that didn't happen. Sure it's a delivery company (Fedex) that did their delivery but Edible Arrangement should do better than this since its their name on the package. Other companies can do this and make it work. I spent so much time working on this to receive a fresh box since it was a present from my office due to my surgery. I wanted to write a thank you card but don't know what to write until I received the fruit. Also the delivery start early in the morning from the tracking and delivered 3:09PM. I also have a doubt how the fruits can be fresh as well. They told me they couldn't do anything else and that we were be out of the money with no fruit. They would not even refund the money back to my co-workers. So, everyone lost on this order.

I was contacted late in the afternoon on the 1st proposed delivery date. I was not home, so they scheduled for the next day between 10 & 2, since i was scheduled to go out of town and needed to leave by 3. I called and texted to follow up several times and was given different time with each response, none of which were met. The delivery did not come until between 5 & 6, and I had already left for the week. My daughter in law received the delivery, and noted that the fruit did not look fresh, and some pieces had grey fuzz on them. For what I know my kids spent to send me this, I am very disappointed in the quality as well as the lack of customer service and general dishonesty of the person I dealt with on the phone. She knew that the delivery didnt go out until late, and also knew that I was scheduled to leave, yet continued to give me multiple inaccurate delivery times.

Bitter experience

Absolutely terrible customer service and poor quality product. The fruit was literally BROWN!!! It's shocking to say the least. Manager stated they delivered until 5:00 PM. I was then told the driver worked two jobs and the last time for delivery was going to be 1:00 PM. My daughter ended up picking up the fruit and it was nothing special, it was literally brown. The manager stated to me "you should have planned better" when I had a hard time coordinating my daughters schedule to their delivery schedule. This will be a never do a gain. For 66.00 my daughter got brown fruit for two that she had to pick up. Absolutely shameful that they are robbing people trying to send a nice surprise to their child at school.

Ordered for friend's birthday with explicit instructions to call before attempting delivery. Received email of failed delivery attempt. Called and spoke with rep at store who said "oh, guess we didn't look at that. There is another delivery going out so we will resend". Again, directed them to call prior to delivery but she didn't understand so asked for manager. Spoke with her and she had no idea but assured me they would call. Received call from friend who said got message of two failed deliveries, had called and spoken with store to twice. When I called back manager said must have spoken with driver as she never called. 6 hours later finally delivered but fruit no longer fresh and at it's peak. Frustration all around from sender and recipient.
