The Portsmouth NH Location. I am extremely disappointed in this location. I was sworn at, and when I asked to speak to a manager they had someone call posing as a manager. I did address the actual manager and his response was "What do you want me to do" and hung up on me. I then called back to cancel the order and the manager said "You're going to stiff us for what we've already made" and then yelled "Don't order from here again" and then hung up again on me. Extremely disappointing.

If I can leave 0 stars I would. This place is a scam. They took my money and never delivered the fruit basket I ordered. I tried to call the store and customer service. No answer for 2 days. Finally got through and they said they couldn’t help me. So they took my money and never delivered. Had to call my bank and ask for a stop payment. I can’t say enough bad things. Total waste!

Ordered a nice arrangement for my sister’s birthday who lives across the country which was never delivered. Further, worsening the situation, there was no communication so I didn’t even know it wasn’t going to be delivered and couldn’t arrange something else until days later. I kept expecting a tracking update or something, but nothing. They have no trouble taking your money for the order, but completely failed delivering what was ordered. Terrible service for a special occasion. I’d recommend never using this, especially if the gift is important to be delivered when you want it there.

This Christmas we received an edible arrangement were at least half of the arrangement was inedible. The good was the bananas and the strawberries. The bad was the chocolate covered pineapples and honeydew melons. The pineapple was terrible and the melon slices were not ripe.

Ordered same day delivery fruit for my neighbor. They sent me an email that evening saying “Delivery unsuccessful”. My neighbor was absolutely home all day. I left my phone number as the back up number so that if she wasn’t home I could walk next door and get the fruit from them. They never even tried to call my number. (Prob bc they never really tried to deliver) Called them the next morning to find out what happened/why they never delivered. Was on hold for over an 1 hr 15 min before getting a live person who was just a 3rd party associate. He contacted the store and they said if they can’t redeliver it today then they will tomorrow which will be 3 days from my original order date. Horrible service!

We ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Christmas Eve to some family we were going to be visiting over the holidays. I was there when the order was received and to say I was disappointed would be a minor understatement. The order was received missing many items. What was received, including things like snowmen, were missing their bodies, only their heads were included. Stuff that was supposed to be chocolate covered was only partially covered and items in the arrangement were broken. I reached out to their customer service only to get a response via social media a week later asking me to message them. I responded that they never responded to the messages and pictures I sent them the day of delivery. We will never use Edible Arrangements again. They committed fraud by selling one thing but delivering another. Horrible company to do business with and they don't stand behind their product.

Worst customer service ever. Did not deliver, did not call, although promised a call from the local store. Customer service is farmed overseas. Canned answers to all questions. Tried four times with the customer service line and got the same answer every time, that the store would call within 24 hours. No one ever called. Never got the order.

I ordered an arrangement to send to my family for party on Xmas eve. The order was delivered to the wrong address. The people at the wrong address ate the entire arrangement. We called to ask where it was and we were told it was in transit. I tried to reach them over the holidays but closed. Reached them today and was told that she didn't know if I get a refund. Hours later still waiting for a response. Don't order from this company it's a scam. Terrible customer service. Im out a few hundred dollars with no resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!
