Spent over $100; ordered Sunday, 2/13 to make sure my brother got a gift for his 60th birthday. Was not delivered. Didn't get it the 2nd day or the 3rd. No one picks up the phone. No one responds to my calls/texts, etc. This was the Laguna Hills, Ca store. Unreal experience.

I received NOTHING that I ordered for Valentines Day, but when I picked up my order it was too late to raise a stink because my Valentine would have had nothing for Valentines Day. I even left work an hour early so that they wouldn’t be closed. I was a loyal customer but I will NOT be doing business with Edible Arrangements again. The ‘fruit expert’ had no reasonable explanation. $50 down the drain.

Says delivered and nothing came. Company even has cameras. This is the worst. Why take the business if you cant make the delivery ??? This company is useless and worthless and a scam. Ruined Valentine’s Day. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Do not support this scam company.

I arrived to pick up an online order and was informed to walk around to the back of the location to pick up. No one was there, I requested to speak with a manger and was told he was busy, I waited. Then the police was called because I wouldn't move out the store. Police came and stated "They shouldn't have been called this was not a 911 issue" I should have just drove to another location like my first mind told me too. This was over the hill crazy Some people videoed this issue and I was told they would post if I needed them to on media platforms if the Police get's out of hand. Edible Arrangements customers are not allowed to request a manger without the police being present?

If I could provide less stars I would. I ordered a birthday arrangement from the same day delivery option. Paid for it and was excited for the delivery, even alerted the birthday girl that her surprised was on the way. I get a call about 30 minutes later from a super unprofessional Women saying that they can’t deliver birthday arrangements only Valentine’s Day ???? Why even have birthday arrangements under the same day delivery option? She said the best they could do is tomorrow? Which is not an a option since her birthday is today. I even asked if we can just put in in a Valentine’s Day box and she said the best we could do is tomorrow. When I was clearly not given an option or an alternative to send the arrangement today, I asked for a refund and to speak to someone , I was then told I wouldn’t not get my money back for 7 business days which is ridiculous considering it was almost $90 dollars. I was talking to the unprofessional women on the phone and was put on hold mid sentence. Worst experience I have ever had and the professionalism of their employees was a complete joke.

I made contact 5 days in advance to place an order for a birthday arrangements. I selected for delivery on "Feb. 12"on the website. An alert came up stating unable to accommodate. So I phoned the store directly and was told they only deliver Valentines themes selections from Feb 12- 14. Gee, when I phone flower shops, they had no problems delivering items, like flowers with a birthday theme ( ie happy bday ballons attached etc) on Feb 12 or even delivering flowers for other occasions ( ie baby, thank you theme etc ) even around or on Valentines day. Feb 12 is not even Valentines day, so don't know why Edible Arrangements would put this restrictions limiting only to Valentine selection, when I wanted to send a friend something special from Edible Arrangements for her 50 th bday. Everyone has a birthday, but NOT everyone celebrates valentines day (single,divorced etc). Edible Arrangements is supposed to be a year around gift shop...humm...I don't think soo. Edible Arrangements dosen't even have a customer service feedback on their website.They note to contact the store directly that you are dealing with if you have any concerns/feedback. Gee, soo stpd; how objective will that be! A good run company generally has a customer service department where you can provide feedback.

Tried using their services twice over a few years span and both experiences sucked. Won't be trying for a third..... Ever. 1st experience, walked into a store and got the "Why are you here?... We dont have time for you.." treatment. I ended up leaving and never made an order. Recently, gave them a second chance but went to a different location. I explained to the lady helping me, I wanted to order a strawberry platter that looked like one of their Valentines offers I liked, but it was going to be for an anniversary gift for my wife. I was told they didn't have anything and they couldn't modify the offer to make it other than a Valentine's. That was understandable so I said I would order the platter as is but wanted it the weekend prior for my anniversary, not for Valentines. She said ok and made my order with me saying I'd be back that weekend to pick my order up. When that weekend arrived, I went to pick it up and was told they didn't have any orders for today. I pulled out my receipt to show to them, then noticed it was made for pick up on Valentine's weekend. There was no offer to make a different order to help in fixing a mistake they made and ruined having a very nice anniversary gift for my wife. All I got was refund receipt to show her. How do they stay in business........?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They never answer their phone and never call you back. they quickly charged my credit card but never made the delivery for my daughter's birthday and now I can't get anyone on the phone to issue a refund. Never using them again.
