I'd give negative stars if I were able My mother in law lives in Florida, while we reside in Northern Michigan. I ordered them to be delivered saturbefore Mother's Day. They still haven't been delivered and I've been on hold now for over an hour just trying to find out why. I paid extra to have them delivered Saturday and they never showed up or called. The only email they sent says they processed the order but the status never changed. Terrible service and the other reviews.... atrocious. I am reporting to the BBB and will NEVER order from EA or 1-800-Flowers! Local shops have my business from now on!

Unfortunately this was a horrible experience! The gift I ordered from the Denville,NJ location was delivered to the wrong location. When I called to inquire i was given an attitude like it was impossible. I was told with an attitude to call the recipient and make sure they didn't receive it. The recipient said "no". I called back and again was given an attitude. The guy acted like he could care less. I was told Doordash delivered it and they would have to contact them. Their website says nothing about using Doordash, it says they deliver in their own refrigerated vans. 1 hour and 45 minutes later the guy called back saying they fixed the problem with Doordash and it will be delivered. No apology given, but again I was given an attitude. The recipient told me when it was finally delivered the delivery guy was rude. Nice way to ruin my bosses Mother's Day. They claim to guarantee happiness, well they definitely don't! I will never use them again.

I tried to send someone a little platter of mini cheesecakes from edible arrangements. Submitted the order a week ago. Shipped on Friday with overnight shipping. Except EA or FedEx added weekday delivery only to the shipping instructions. So my delivery set for Saturday was gonna be 2 days late and cheesecake was gonna sit in a FedEx warehouse/truck for 3 days. Emailed EA about it on Saturday. They cancelled/refunded me but never sent me any notice my case was resolved. I checked last night, but no update. So the recipient has been waiting around on this delivery only for me to check tracking again today and see it was cancelled. I tried calling their customer service line twice but when you select speak to representative the line goes dead quiet and no one answers no matter how long you wait.

I ordered my mother a edible arrangement on Friday so that by Sunday she would get her arrangement for Mother’s Day. They came on Saturday and she was in the backyard picking weeds they put a note on the door saying sorry we missed you we’ll try again they never ever tried again my mothers Mother’s Day was ruined I even called on Friday so that this wouldn’t happen it would give them two days. Could not get through to anybody the managers were so rude and when I tell you that my mother cried all Mother’s Day I mean she cried all Mother’s Day. They are so disgusting to do that I even called and the young lady said she spoke to the manager and they were tried to deliver by Mother’s Day. I am so disgusted. I spent all Mother’s Day on the phone with them. And by the way my mother never got her edible arrangements that I had paid for on Friday .

Just received my delivery. For one it wasn’t even delivered in a refrigerated truck like the website claims. The customer service was not good at all. All the fruits were warm and everything else was melted. My overall rating is zero. And definitely way overpriced. Too late to call them to complain so I’ll do it in the morning. Very disappointed.

Worst service ever at the Cumming location in Georgia (Market Place). Son paid for arrangements and delivery for Mother’s Day and they never came. Lied and said they tried but no one was home. Checked our front door camera because we were home but they never came. Afterward they continued to lie and say they went to another address 😩. Tried getting my son his refund but they would not answer the phone and when I went to the store they were closed. Long before they should have been.

I bought Chocolate over Strawberry a day before Mother's Day for my mom and half of Chocolate was cracked. There's no fresh Strawberry's only old ones. The worst and last time I buy from them.😡😡🤬

Once again poor quality of fruit from Edible Arrangements, the photos say all that needs to be said. This was the state of my fruit less than six hours after delivery. Not only is this a disgusting waste of cash it’s also dangerous delivery rotten fruit that has begun to ferment. After a into a chocolate covered apple slice provided me with a hint of sour fruit/fermented fruit I decided to inspect it not a single piece of fruit is safe for human or animal consumption. The strawberries were gross every single one soft/mushy my fingers went through most upon attempting to pick up. This is my second garbage arrangement from this location, I’ve yet to receive a single arrangement from any of the locations in NC & SC that I was actually able to consume. Last night was the final straw I let my child who has been gifting these expensive garbage arrangements exactly what they’ve been purchasing with their hard earned cash. Edible Arrangement you should be ashamed of yourselves to charge money for fruit I’d not feed a farm animal. Disgusting please do better I will be contacting corp.
