I received two edible arrangements for Mother's Day one was chocolate covered strawberries. The chocolate was so gritty that it made the strawberries taste sour and very very gritty. And then received an edible arrangement with cantaloupe honeydew and strawberries the cantaloupe and the honeydew were so dry then I couldn't eat them and I ended up throwing most of the edible arrangement away.

I ordered the large fruit arrangement but received a smaller version. I called the store in Keller and was advised a manager was not available. I spoke to a young woman who asked I send a photo of the arrangement. I sent the photo to the number requested. I was never contacted. The arrangement nor the container looked like the photo advertised. $150 for an unsatisfactory basket is not acceptable.

I will not be ordering from this Edible Arrangements location again: Edible Arrangements - 1250 1783 W Howard Street Chicago, IL 60626 They charged me a little more, even with me having a coupon. Also I ordered a CYOB & popcorn and the popcorn never delivered. I spoke to a manager and she seem like she didn't care to help me. Very rude! Never got refunded for it.

We occasionally order from them and we're satisfied with most of our orders, but the last order we made was for 10 cups of chocolate-covered Granny Smith apples. When we received the order the apples we're not cold or even cool, they were room temperature. Plus the worse part is they were not Granny Smith apples, they were a soft yellow apple. They went bad in just 2 days. I wrote and complained about the order but never heard back from anyone. That will probably be my last order from them.

I'm usually a fan of Edible Arrangements but I just had a bad experience that I want to share. I ordered a platter a week prior to date of delivery. It was mostly baked goods with some fruit tossed into the mix. I get a call late the day prior to delivery day to call regarding my order. I called them, couldn't even leave a message, much less talk to a person. I got a call the morning of delivery telling me that they aren't doing baked goods at this time. That's most of my order! She got an ear full for sure. My advice is that you call the day before to check on order to make sure it's all good. I told her that had I known no baked goods weren't available I may have chosen another route. This is for an office so I was thinking that if there are leftovers, what the heck are they going to do with them - my solution was baked goods that last longer and better. This problem was from the Westhampton, NY Edible Arrangements.

I've ordered from Edible Arrangements before and have always been satisfied. However, this time I ordered a Father's Day arrangement from the Huntington, NY location and was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied - the fruit was hard and bitter. I even spit out the honeydew. I hope it's just this location and that their normally delicious quality is not going downhill.

I tired to get a real human to order and couldn't. I don't like ordering online from a robot but I did. I ordered an arrangement for a grandchild for 5 days later. never heard a word from these people. I tired to call 3 times and asked them to return my calls please. no return calls. My last call was to someone who was more computer savy and they showed me how to track an order. I was trying to talk to them because the house is in an odd place and wanted to give directions. and I wantd to know IF they had gotten my order and IF they were indeed bringing it. I never heard a human voice. the arrangement was pretty. will I order again? not on your life. If they don't care about customer service they can have it ...I'm done with them.

I did place an order for Mother’s Day and the next day I needed to cancel it. I called the edible arrangements store from where my order would be delivered from and they said there’s nothing they can really do about it. They said management has to take a look at my reasoning for canceling my order and only if it’s good enough they can. I’m VERY disappointed and it makes me never want to do business with them again. This was my first time ordering from them. If they can’t cancel an order once it has been placed, it shouldn’t say you can on their website or on the confirmation email I recieved. My email says you are able to cancel any order up until 24 hours before it goes out. Very disappointed and if this is how it is, I will never think of ordering from you. This is my first time, and it’ll be my last.
