I ordered a set with chocolates and flowers. The chocolates were delivered but not the flowers, I contacted them and they said they would get back to me within 24 hours with a resolution, they didn’t. I contacted them again and they said they would give me a partial refund and send a upgraded bouquet the next day ( they weren’t offering anything I had to tell them what I wanted) they assured me the flowers would be delivered the next day, they weren’t. I sent them another email asking them to refund me the entire amount and they should still get the flowers sent. They agreed to the refund but would not send the flowers. So my friend received 1/2 a gift. I will not order from them again. My place of employment often sends arrangements but I have recommended that they no longer use them.

My daughter sent me an arrangement for my birthday. It looked very attractive but that’s where the positive factors end. The cantaloupe was totally tasteless. The honeydew was mostly rind. This was inexcusable for the price that was paid. You might as well just look at a picture of the arrangement to get any satisfaction.

I ordered a corporate thank-you gift delivery to a doctor's office. The delivery merchant the coloceey flower shop completely failed to include the identity card containing my sender text ('Thank you From XYZ'). Because the gift arrived anonymously, the recipient had no idea who sent it, entirely destroying the purpose and service contract of the transaction. They refused to even answer my complaints, I went through PayPal and beacuse fo their strict plicy I wsa not able tog et a refund. Let's make this easy .. there are plenty of other companies, use them stay away from this horrible merchant

Chicago store #1004 was 1.5hrs late for my $600+ delivery order without providing any notice and when calling their store just rolled to voicemail. Horrible service! Will never order here again.

Before the store opened, I ordered an arrangement to be delivered the same day. (This is regarding the storefront located at 5870 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90038.) I was going to send the arrangement as a surprise, but found out the recipient was hospitalized and would not be home to accept the delivery. So, I attempted to cancel the order. This all happened BEFORE the store listed above opened. If you have ever attempted to contact Edible Arrangement's customer service, you most likely know it is BOT/emailed centric. A ticket was created, and that was the end of it. I kept checking, sending update requests, and even called the store before they opened. The store's phone rang, and rang, and rang, and rang NEVER BEING ANSWERED!!!! Guess, what happened? I checked the tracking and they were enroute to DELIVER the arrangement to sit on a doorstop with no one home!!!!! I kept trying to reach anyone for help to no avail. To this day, I have not been contacted. The arrangement sat on the doorstep from the morning it was delivered until 2 days later when the recipient returned home from the hospital!!!! Trash, uncaring company that I will NEVER patronize again. EVER! Could have at least acknowledged my concern. Trash!

Ordered for my daughter’s 18th birthday to be delivered on her special day. Ordered the birthday wrap for the strawberries and also a custom card with a note from me. First of all I put the order in days prior and on the day of her birthday I kept checking the tracking all day with no updates showing. I called in the afternoon and they said it would be delivered before 530pm. I figured if I put the order in early enough they would have delivered it earlier in the day. But besides that they didn’t put it in the birthday wrap and the most important thing was the custom card that I wanted her to have, was missing (they “forgot”). When I spoke to them after receiving this they said they had no more birthday wraps so they just put it in the regular one and they would refund me for the card. The card wasn’t expensive, I don’t care about that it’s the point of trying to make it more of a special experience for my daughter that bothered me. I will never order edible arrangements through delivery again, if anything I will go there and pick it up myself. Lesson learned

Terrible experience with Edible Arrangements in Stuart, Florida - and then completely ignored from Edible Arrangements Customer Service team. We ordered a fruit arrangement to go to friends and not only did it not turn up, but despite trying to get in touch with their customer service team through the link on their website to get a refund for the missing delivery - we have never heard back from an actual person (only the automated email saying the complaint was received, and then another one saying they had closed the complaint and we could contact them again if we had more questions?!?!?). Our friend never got their birthday delivery and we still haven't gotten our money back. Order from Sherries Berries, or Harry and David, or frankly anyone else as clearly Edible Arrangements will only take your money and leave you disappointed and fruitless.

This is for the edible arrangements located on Ralph Avenue in Brooklyn 11234. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I made an order on July 3 for same day delivery. I called the store and they confirmed receipt of the order. The person who answered the phone said that the order would be delivered before 9:30 PM. The order never arrived. I paid $156 for the order. $20 of that was a “tip”…. DO NOT EVER LEAVE A TIP!!!! Saturday was a holiday, the store was closed. Sunday the store was closed. I went to the store on Monday and the person who was there did not speak English (doubt if they could read English either). They couldn’t help me. The store was closing and it wasn’t 6 PM yet. The hours reflected on Google don’t reflect the actual hours of the store. I spoke with the actual manager Sam today 7/7/26 who stated that he could only refund me $136 because that was all his store received. I attempted to call corporate however the call is routed to the same store you had the issue with. My question is: where’s my $20 ? It was suggested that I call my bank. Don’t waste your time ordering from this store.
