Even if the fruit is all perfectly ripe (which it almost never is) these things suck. This is a horrible gift, nobody wants it. It's what people give when they feel that they have to send something but don't know what to get or don't care to think about it. Most people don't have the room in the fridge to store it. Not even going to get into the nauseating lack of value in this ridiculously overpriced crap. Just don't do it. Do nothing, it would be better.

Placed and order for my mom's birthday, flowers and fruit arrived wilted, dried out and brown. As I live out of the country, I sent a message to Edible Arrangements, and haven't heard anything since.

Received a delivery today which came with a coupon for $5 off my next order. The coupon code expired a full year ago. I called to ask for an updated code and they told me “it is what it is”. We sent flowers instead.

Ordered a gift for someone and even paid 20 usd extra to have it delivered next day. It wasn't delivered... called the shop in Irvine, CA and the lady from the shop said they don't have my order and hung up. A week later the order wasn't even processed... Had to get Ebay involved to get my money back so, word of advice, look at reviews before placing an order to make sure you're not going to miss your friends birthday like I did and then fight for your money... All in all, appalling company wich I will never use again in this life... You've been warned!

I sent edibles to my mother as a birthday gift. I ordered drink bombs and chocolate covered fruit. The drink bombs were missing. When notified, edibles refused to deliver the order but still charged me the the $62 delivery fee and I had to buy another gift for my mom and send it late. Very poor customer service.

Moldy fruit, unprofessional, dirty, little to no care about the presentation of orders.

NOVI MICHIGAN DELIVERY WAS A DAY LATE, STRAWBERRIES MOLDED AND CHEESECAKES WERE SOUR, MY HUSBAND SENT ME A 60 DOLLAR FREE DELIVERY ON 7/26/2023 ARRIVED 7/27/2023. NNEVR USE THIS LOCATION . WE ALSO LEFT A VOICEMAIL AND 3 DAYS LATER STILL NO CALL BACK.

Ordered flowers for mothers birthday. Was supposed to have pinks, oranges and other vibrant colors. Instead received a sympathy bouquet which is nothing similar to the bouquet. I understand if certain flowers are not available but at least try to make it look similar. When I called in the morning to confirm the delivery and no one said my bouquet would be different. When I called to complain the employee laughed at me. She proceeded to call me back multiple times. The store manager laughed at me, yelled at me and told me I would have to bring these flowers in even though I paid for delivery and live over an hour away.
