Is my experience with edible bouquet in Tulsa? Oklahoma on Peoria is horrible. I had a problem with their delivery service last year. They didn't deliver on time. When we asked for delivery, we asked for certain time windows so that we can make the day plan. Ned, they were supposed to be there before noon. They didn't get there till after 3. Run my whole day so when I called up to complain about it. And ask him if they could do better. I got told by the manager that I was threatening them. So when I went back this year for Valentine's Day and paid a $150 for another arrangement. They wait until 4 days before Valentine's Day and they call me back up and say we're not gonna purchase your order because you threatened us last year. The only reason I've filed a complaint with them is because they told me that they were gonna be there at a certain time on delivery and they did. So that's what the manager is saying that I threatened her because I followed a complaint with him. Not only did the manager call me up 4 days before Valentine's Day this year, but then she had 2 or 3 people that was in the background and I couldn't even understand what she was saying. This was horrible customer service. Horrible customer experience. I've been doing business with edible bouquets often on for the last 5 or 6 years. It's always a problem. It's always a problem. The manager there even the regional managers. They just don't care about customer service. This is one of the worst experiences with anybody, so I want everybody to know. Do not use edible bouquets. They are horrible they don't care about their customers. They don't care about being on time with their deliveries. And then when they're gonna give me a refund on my $150 purchase. It's gonna take 5 or 6 days for me to get it. So it'll be after Valentine's Day. This is a company. That obviously doesn't care about how they treat their customers.

Failed to deliver, failed to notify, failed to respond to complaint, had to ask for a refund.

My wife and I drove to the Longview location to buy a gift for her co-worker. The website showed the store closed at 7pm. We arrived at 6pm, an hour before closing, only to find the lights off, and no employees in sight. The sign on the store window showed the store closed at 7pm also. I can understand closing a few minutes early to clean up, but over an hour early? I will guarantee that we will never shop there again.

Bought an edible arrangement for my neighbor to be delivered today for her birthday. She's hard of hearing so I input my apartment as the designated delivery. I've just received a delivery notification for something that never was. When I called the number attached to the email an answering service told me they're closed for the day. So how exactly was my arrangement delivered if they're closed for the day? Edit: it eventually arrived the day of but my rating stands because I had already panic bought a bouquet of flowers. Which I feel I wouldn't have had to do if the contact number given to me worked and someone on staff could have helped either find my arrangement or come up with another solution for my dilemma.

I spent $85 to send a Christmas present to my father. It was 12 chocolate dipped strawberries supposed to say let it snow. It took two days to get to him. They weren’t even in the right order to spell. Let us know and all the chocolate was melted…. Will never buy again

I would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I placed an order as a gift for delivery to mark a special occasion. I requested it be delivered in the morning because it was going to someone at a school. I checked the tracking throughout the morning and it always said, "Out for delivery. Five stops away." Literally, for seven hours that's what the tracking showed. I called midday only to get a voicemail saying, "If you are calling about an existing order, please hang up and check the order status online." Checking status online wasn't helpful. I stayed on the phone and was hung up on four times before I finally got someone. I explained that the school closes at 3pm and the order needed to arrive before then. I was told they would try but no guarantees. Interestingly, the online status changed to "Delivered" at 2:57pm. However it had not been delivered. It was finally delivered at 3:45pm and was no longer chilled and the chocolate had melted off the fruit in December. I called the store to complain and was immediately hung up on three times before someone came on the line. I was told they have proof it was delivered at 2:30pm. I know that is false because I went to the school at 3:15pm and it was not there. Unbelievable that a National chain would go to such lengths of deception to cover up their poor service. I will never order from Edible Arrangements again.

I ordered a birthday gift for someone. Despite having the correct address and claiming they don't deliver to a neighbor in the event that you aren't home, they delivered to the wrong person at the wrong building. When the correct recipient eventually got the present from her security guard it was melted and inedible. I have tried contacting them multiple times and nobody will get back to me.
