I look forward to seeing the poppies in the spring. Fortunately we have someone who planted them for us. We would have appreciated having them delivered a week sooner as we leave for our winter home generally about the middle of October’s.

My peony did not come up. I just received two more. I hope they do better. Packing and shipping were fine. The company did offer me a refund.

I ordered the Gladiolus Pink Haze mix bulbs. I received them in a timely manner and they all germinated well and are beautiful! However, the ONLY downside is that they were not the colors I ordered. I reached out to the customer service to see about getting the original mix. They responded quickly. They stated that they receive the bulbs prepackaged from the grower and it must have been mislabeled. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to send the Pink Haze mix (I’m guessing due to the growers since I see it’s not available online anymore). They did give me store credit to compensate.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that your Gladiolus bulbs arrived promptly, germinated well, and grew beautifully. We’re very sorry that the colors you received weren’t the Pink Haze Mix you ordered. While the bulbs arrive prepackaged from our grower, we understand how disappointing it is when what blooms isn’t what you were expecting. We’re glad our customer service team was able to respond quickly and provide store credit, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We hope you’ll find something special to use it toward for your garden!

I have ordered from them 4 times. They’re a bit pricier than other places for some things so definitely shop around but so far I would say about 85% of my bulbs have made it. I just got a spring shipment with no notice which is frustrating and it was missing one item, but customer service said it hadn’t been shipped into the country yet. Hoping it still shows up.

I bought $800 of seeds for a meadow that has grown gorgeous plants from seeds sold by other companies in the past but this year, after planting Eden brothers seeds, no flowers grew. Initially, the company offered only a discount toward future orders but pressed a bit, they relented and issued a full refund. Stuff happens and how a company responds to failures says a lot about it. Eden made good on its guaranty and though I am very disappointed by this flower debacle, Eden proved itself to be a company that stood behind its product.
