Horrible customer service
I ordered a custom flag from them and was never sent the artwork to approve the design. Had to email and eventually they sent it to me to which I was happy with and approved it. I was told by Vencint that it was entering production and would be delivered in three weeks. Well fast forward three weeks and still no tracking info so I email back asking. Turns out they never put it into production the ticket was still on his desk. This company has failed at every step of their own production process. Save your time and money don’t order from them

Hey Brian, Vincent here, the designer who was put in charge of your order when it came in - I appreciate your candor! I apologise for how poorly this went, and I will definitely own the mistakes made during this particular design job. Everything you said is correct: I did not sent the proofs in time, and when the proofs were sent, I did not forward the order to manufacturing correctly. Naturally, we will refund your order in full right away To give you some context on our failures here, allow me to explain what went wrong: Your bespoke order (a custom satin parade flag with fringe and tassels) required manual designer review and custom set graphics. I recall you specifically needed a redo of a classical Civil War Union Battle flag, intended for a re-enactment event. This requires a combination of hand-drawing and AI assistance, but the end work is definitely a human designer job. There is no automation to that process, and unfortunately, I'm the only designer on staff who has the needed prepress experience to create such bespoke products. I juggle a few other project at FMP, and was away from the office a lot while overseeing renovations. We were in the middle of moving offices (old ones being renovated) when your order came in. Half the computers and IT infrastructure were packed, the other half were being disassembled. This made continuing daily office work especially challenging during September and October. I recall we had to say no to one quote because we simply did not have the manpower last week, and one other order was delayed to a similar five week schedule. Unfortunately your order was confirmed and proofed before we realized how much we'd be away from the office, and we lost oversight. This is unfortunately a part of the manual design process - human errors do happen, and you happened to come in at a very tight window So to wrap up, I profusely apologize, and if you would ever like to place trust in us again, rest assured I will be on the case! Your bespoke design remains on file, and let me know if you would like me to email it to you if you'd prefer sending the print-ready files to another flag manufacturer. Yours Truly, Vincent De Nil
