This company is a joke. I pre-ordered (1) Jumbo Black Diamond Elephant Ear Bulb on 12/18/22 and paid $30.19 with free shipping. This company sends me multiple nonsense coupons everyday but failed to send me a shipping confirmation as promised. I don’t walk well so I don’t check the mailbox everyday. The bulb was delivered a day ago. It has been sitting outside in freezing temperatures and is now DEAD. What’s worse is that it should be approximately 7” - 9” in Circumference. This bulb is just over 2 1/8” from one end to the other. This what I get after this company holds on to my money for (4) months with free shipping. Last year I tried ordering the same bulb and they sent me a standard green bulb instead. After 2 years….I have yet to get what I paid for and ordered. This company posts pictures of the approximate bulb size which is about the size of baseballs. I am not asking for perfection but close should count. The bulb that they sent me is light years away in size. This is an absolute INSULT !!! I am done with Eden Brothers. It’s too bad that Trust Pilot does not offer pictures. You would have a heart attack if you saw what I received.

I've been buying seeds for the last 5 yrs. I love wildflowers and had no problem until this spring when I noticed a plant (found out it was primrose later) that took over half an area and popped up all over my yard. I notified them that they should notify people of the invasive nature of some of thir seeds mixed into a package of 25 different seeds...their answer you should be aware that they notify you that maybe invasive; which ones? That's up to you to researchers one before purchase. An appropriate response would be "we'll make more efforts to identify or remove highly invasive seeds. FLIPPIT ANSWER = NO MORE PURCHASES

I purchased 10 bulbs from Eden Brothers. The bulbs were delivered in January in the middle of winter. I just went to plant them and three of the 10 bulbs were bad. I reached out and asked for a credit or a refund and they told me because I didn’t plant them within a month that that was their only guarantee. Pretty lame given that you don’t really plant bulbs in the middle of winter. Pretty bad customer service. And a failure rate of 30%. Won’t be buying from them again.

Professional gardener here- client ordered 100 copper image tulip bulbs. They were the smallest tulip bulbs I have ever seen. Obviously not top size .not sure how they will do- will never have bulbs ordered from this company again.

Having used this company happily for years, in early October this year I place two orders for Fall-planted bulbs. There was no emailed acknowledgement. That should have been my first clue. Then I waited. And waited. Then I called. Oh yes, they are on their way, I was told. Today, NOVEMBER 29, I called again. A perky "Stacey" chirped that "oh, yes, I see we are just getting those bulbs in now." WHAT? I live in Chicago. As she can see from my history. The ground is almost frozen. As it is most Decembers. No email from the company saying that the shipment would be delayed. I got instead some self-absolving, pat, and entirely disingenuous excuse that there were both shipping and communications problems. There was no asking what, now that the ground is rock solid it being almost December, I would like them to do. When none came, I told them to cancel the orders, make a full refund, and that I would find somewhere else to shop in future. Yes, we all know there are problems but we all also know that you retain custom by treating your customers with a modicum of politeness, professional or otherwise. Stacey obviously could not have cared. Her only concern was excusing (not apologizing for) the company's total lack less professionalism. I suspect they will exercise their demonstrated disregard for their customers when it comes to issuing my refund. There are many other nurseries out there. I will be using one of them in future.

We ordered two bags of 2-bulbs-each canna lillies from this vendor. Unfortunately we could not select a preferred shipping method, nor shipment tracking, when ordering. Confirmation from the vendor was immediate, and was limited to confirmed payment and identity of items and amounts ordered. All subsequent responses from vendor when asked for shipment updates were incomplete and at times snidely sarcastic. No communication was ever received by us for when the order would be filled, nor when it would be shipped. We understand pandemic staffing has hit everyone's ability to staff and support stocked items that are in demand. The pandemic should not have caused Customer Service to forget how to update and respond customers. After receiving a few more incomplete and borderline snide responses for update requests, we received a shipping notification (which included the method). This vendor chose to ship past-planting-date bulbs via USPS, during a drought. We received the box, which was partially opened and crushed, with half of the order. There was no shipping information nor manifest identification inside. In the plus side, the bulbs appear to be in good shape, so they're going in a deep pot immediately. Not the ground, as we have no confidence that these may not carry a disease - based on the vendor's lack of giving a damn about any customer communications. We can't imagine any time in the future when we would use this vendor again.
