Better matching of buyers is required
Buyers not always relevant to our category. No follow up by buyers through ECRM application. Almost no reactions on e-mail follow up after the program. Only few meetings and of those two were cancelled during the event. By the way on a positive note, great support by the ECRM team before the event and great Logistics during the event
