Great product & the shipping was ausome

Placed an order and inadvertently plugged in the wrong state. Customer Service was right on it when I called which was greatly appreciated. As far as the product is concerned, wait and see, will write a review if it turns out the product was everything I expected.

The response time was very quick!

Just got a call from Customer Service and they are sending me a replacement for the one item (out of three) not received in acceptable condition. They followed up and made sure I was satisfied. Changing my review from unsatisfied with Customer Service to excellent Customer Service. Wish all companies were as easy to deal with as eCosmetics, Inc. I will be buying from them again with confidence.
