I contacted customer service about an order That was not delivered. Customer service agent Ashley was wonderful. She worked to track the package, and when she could not, she immediately reordered the merchandise. She kept me up to date on my purchase. She was caring and concerned. eCosmetics’ prices are great and matched by their customer service.

Products were delivered very quickly. Good products as well (genuine parts).

UPS said they delivered it and claimed they had a signed receipt. They refused to show us the signed receipt and ecosmetics would not help. Because there was no tracing information, and because of the relatively high value, it appears that it never left Florida. Yet UPS committed fraud and siad they delivered it, then refused to provide that evidence. Apparently ecosmetics does not care that their delivery agent commits fraud intentionally because ecosmetics did nothing, to the point that they called UPS, "The Postal Service", which most people identify as the USPS. I got nowhere with at least five e-mails and had to request my credit card company to stop payment.

You gave me a welcome percent off, which helped offset the shipping. Can't wait for my lipsticks to arrive!
