Fantastic customer service! I accidentally ordered two of the same item and they called me to see if I really wanted two. They promptly cancelled the duplicate order. I really appreciated the call.

You offer a 20% coupon that I could use on my purchase. The coupon said entire order. You had a system glitch. You should make things right if the fault is on your end. It is hard to find good customer service. You have lost a customers over your systems error.
