I have reached out several times…
I have reached out several times regarding my order. First rep was helpful getting my email address fixed but still didn’t know why my order didn’t ship yet. The 2nd and 3rd time I ended up speaking to the same rep and he/she kept telling me that their distribution center hasn’t received my order from their warehouse. Can’t give me a tracking number. Feel like I’m being scammed out of my money. Why would you double ship something. Makes no since at all. Should have just ordered through Amazon. At least I receive my product.
