Always quick and customer service is great

Communication was great, in that I was able to receive a prompt reply, but not sure how the rest is. I ordered a fragrance a week ago that still hadn’t shipped out, and when I asked to cancel order since it was a gift, they did so quickly. Wish product didn’t take so long to ship out tho, I hesitate to ever take a chance and order from them again.

An easy website to navigate, and I wasn't able to put my 15% introductory discount in. A quick email to the company and it was fixed. Later in the day, an email that the product was shipped! In short, service could not have been better. I will shop here again as soon as I need something.

Authentic product at a great price!

Great buying experience. Cheapest price, nice packaging, free shipping. Received item very quickly. My tool even came gift wrapped. What more can you ask for? Will be shopping here again in the future.
