Great customer service
Five stars because when you were out of stock on an item, you let me know and then when it was back in stock, you let me order it honoring the original coupon I had purchased it. You did this all so quickly and even shipped it within hours of my order. I will order from ecosmetics again and again. Thank you!

Shipped wrong item two times in the…
Shipped wrong item two times in the row…. Have to have a talent for that … Even after receiving a pictures of right and wrong item - still managed to send wrong one !!! Very disappointed !!!
