Hi, I just received my order of Orbie shampoo and conditioner - Your shipment was timely and order correct, however the shampoo leaked out, the top was loose, box that it was enclosed in soaked with shampoo and difficult to remove because the cardboard was wet, sticky and soaked with shampoo and loss of product as well. E Cosemetics reached out to me to rectify this manner and apologized for the leakage that occurred during shipment. The manner was resolved and a satisfactory resolution was reached with a partial refund for the leaked shampoo and inconvenience.
