Website was easy to navigate! Very smooth and easy process to order what I wanted. My order was shipped an hour after I ordered!

Poor service, unreliable
Placed an order on 06/09. It hasn’t been processed as usually. Sent email asking about the term when it’s going to be processed, was promised that it will be processed at the beginning of this week - never happened. Asked in chat once again, was promised order will be sent on 06/14 - never happened. The order supposed to be a gift for my friend, her birthday is on Sunday and I’ve ordered in advance to get it. I don’t think now I’ll get it on time. During this time I haven’t received any updates, apologies or at least any definite terms of delivery from the company. I DON’T recommend!

Ecosmetics has world class customer…
Ecosmetics has world class customer service! I had never purchased from them before so I was a bit weary of course, as I typically am with any new business. Unfortunately, there was a hiccup on FedEx’s end with my package (no fault of eCosmetics). eCosmetics worked quickly and diligently to help me and find a solution for me. Their responsiveness is no joke, the team would literally respond to my messages sometimes in 20 minutes!

Experience with eCosmetics was arduous…
Experience with eCosmetics was arduous , in the sense that I had to speak/deal with numerous CSR staff in order to finally get my issue resolved. Haley was a big help, and the most responsive person I dealt with.
