Got emailed to make sure they had the correct address. Package was shipped out not too much longer after that

2nd review: I was contacted with a refund by customer service.. impressed . 1st review: I opened an email for $25 off of an $85 purchase...I loaded up. Went to check out, code not eligible. I rechecked my code and rechecked my email, read thru..entered the code again. I opened a chat, it was explained I did not have eligible items. I questioned what are the exclusions? I was told I had to enter items in cart, to SEE if they were eligible....not a great feeling. I did order, but not nearly what I originally had in my basket. I believe that cost. Them more than a $25 credit.

In my dealings with other companies very few ship their products the same day, I was so happy to have received the notification that my order had shipped,I really appreciate eCosmetics due diligence .

The large size Melu conditioner was delivered promptly and was bubble wrapped so the product was not damaged. Great company! I plan to continue ordering from ecosmetics.com.
