Deceived
I was offered a discount if I supplied my email address. I did so in order to obtain the discount, but when I tried to apply it I was informed that I did not qualify for the discount as this wasn't my first purchase. So...why did they offer me a discount in the first place? I could've purchased the product elsewhere. Doesn't their system know right away if you've made a previous purchase? I feel I was tricked.

Most favorite items are out of stock
The price is great if you have a coupon code, unfortunately many items that I looked for and was a hit on Google, were out of stock!!
