I'm honestly horrified of the amount of carton and plastic you use to ship one little thing. Insane. Delivery was however fast and product good. BUT, come on, you use as much plastic as they did in EU in the 90s, be better. To answer your reply; it's not crystal glasses. You could use a much smaller box and just a little paper, you contribute to an amazing amount of waste. You're loosing a customer.
