Update on ecard receiver's complaint
I'm the receiver of the e-cards who complained earlier and just wanted to give an update... so I had to place 5 orders which cost me $34.95 in shipping. Guess what?! The company shipped me all 5 orders in the same box! $125 in e-cards and if I could have used them all at once there would have been NO shipping fee. I spent almost $35 on shipping and they sent EVERYTHING together in ONE BOX. Wow! What a great company. NOT!!!

When we receive multiple orders at one time from the same customer that will all be shipping from the same facility, sometimes the orders are consolidated into a single shipment. This helps to ensure all items and orders make their way to you safely. Although all of the items may be in one shipment, the shipping fees still account for the weight of all items in a singular shipment, as shipping costs increase the heavier a package is. EGift cards that are received through our promotions are limited to redeem one per order, and cannot be stacked with other offers.
