Great Customer Service - Not Sure About Product
Item arrived fast and refund was issued without any problems. However, I am pretty certain that the product I received (SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic) was a fake. 1) The box had stickers with something written in Chinese. 2) I compared the serum bottle/label with my old one (purchased directly from SkinCeuticals) and both the bottle and label were different from the original. 3) There was no serial number on the bottom of the bottle.
