My order arrived in a timely fashion which I definitely appreciated. This was my first time ordering from this site so I didn't know what to expect. I ordered the Obagi 3,4,& 5. I've used 3 & 4 in the past & they worked great, so I knew what to expect. I must admit, I was a bit nervous that they may not really be authentic Obagi products, as I've read reviews on other sites claiming that their products were not authentic. Well, let me ease your mind right now...these are DEFINITELY authentic Obagi products!!! The quick skin cell turnover after using these products for just a few days is on brand for Obagi. This stuff in these tubes is magical!! I will definitely be ordering from ecosmetics in the future. Not only are the products authentic, but the customer service is top tier. I had to communicate with customer service about my order, and the experience was nothing less than stellar.

The ordering process was very easy
The ordering process was very easy. I wanted a particular product new to me but you were out of stock so I was at least able to order another similar product with which I was familiar. You have a good selection of products from which to make choices.
