The product I wanted was available and less expensive I also contacted your on line customer service because I thought I had created dual accounts and wasn't sure if my order was completed. I received almost immediate response and resolution I will recommend your company to all family and friends

NEVER again
Never again! They sent me face wash that expired a year and a half ago. I called the product’s brand(Skin Medica) and they(Skin Medica Rep) verified it was expired once I gave her the products batch number. I confronted eCosmetics and they deny that they would sell anything expired. I am still trying to get my money back! Whatever product you need just purchase through that brand directly. Saving money to receive an expired product isn’t worth it.
